Wish Upon A Cupcake Terms & Conditions
Orders placed through the online store must be paid in full.
Phone orders under $100 must be paid in full prior to collection/delivery.
Phone orders over $100 require a 50% deposit with balance to be paid 7 days prior to collection/delivery.
Phone orders will not be commenced until deposit has been paid.
Your date will be held at the time of your booking for 5 days only without payment. If deposit has not been received within this time frame the booking may be canceled and date may be unavailable.
In an event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, where the booking cannot be rescheduled within 2 weeks of completion date an admin fee of 20% of your total booking will be withheld.
If a cancellation is made less than 1 week to the agreed completion date, you will forfeit your deposit.
Should there be a change in design or flavour after initial accepted quote and deposit has been made, we reserve the right to amend the quote accordingly to reflect changes required where applicable.
Prices and availability of listed products are subject to change without notice. Full quotations are provided before booking.
Wish Upon A Cupcake Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage to the cupcakes, jumbo cupcakes, cutting cakes or any other product once they are collected or delivered and in the care of the customer or venue.
Wish Upon A Cupcake Pty Ltd reserve the right to use any photos we take of your creation for media related activities such as but not limited to our website, Facebook, Instagram or advertising.
Shipping/Transport
When picking up cakes, they are best placed on a flat surface in your car and we highly suggest placing them in the passenger footwell or the back of a four wheel drive or station wagon. Never place a cake on a car seat.
